i get so frustrated, so often, with the individuals I work with's inability to fix things that don't work.
when fetching the peppermint ice cream from my grandmother's basement freezer last night I had to pull off stacks and stacks of magazines that hold the top down, then replace the stacks.
time consuming
inefficient
but how she has always done it. the lid doesn't close right.
